They are made from 3/16 thick steel (7 Gauge), formed into a U shape that a standard 2 x 4 will slide right into. Actual inside dimensions are 3.625 x 1.625. They are 3″ tall, and made from 7 gauge steel (3/16″ thick) They weld onto the side of your truck flat bed or trailer. But we may use others at our discretion.
