This is our 7.5 gauge truck. They are 1.5 scale, The sides are cut from 1/4″ plate and the rest is formed 11 gauge steel, The wheels are 4 1/2″ diameter on the tread with 1/2 diameter axles welded together as you can see in the pictures. The bearings are delrin with grease fittings on the ends for added lubrication. The wheel flanges are machined after forming to conform close to IBLS standards.
